How to permanently delete your AuraStash account and data. No sign-in on this website is needed.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

Use the form below if you cannot open the app or no longer have your phone.

Registered with email or Google: enter your account email. We send a confirmation link to that address. The link works once and expires after 24 hours. Open it and confirm.
Joined as a guest: enter your tour code and your recovery key (it looks like AURA-XXXX-XXXX). If you lost the key, write to support@aurastash.com from any address and tell us your name and tour code; we will help you verify the account.

For your safety the form always shows the same message, whether or not an account exists.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your profile: name, email, profile picture, password hash, recovery key hash, sign-in identifiers.
Your tour memberships, reactions, tags created for you, daily counters and quest progress.
All photos and videos you uploaded, including the original files and shortcuts in the tour's Google Drive and the preview images on our server.

Backups: our automatic database backups keep a copy for up to 14 days, then it is erased.
Logs: security and abuse-prevention logs are kept for a short period and then removed.
Photos uploaded by other people in which you appeared stay with their authors, but your name and tag are removed from them.
Tour guides: a guide with active tours must first delete or close those tours (this protects the group's photos). Contact support@aurastash.com if you need help.

We complete verified requests within 30 days, normally within 7 days. Deletion cannot be undone.
