Acceptance

By creating an account, joining a tour or using AuraStash you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

AuraStash helps a tour group share photos and videos in one gallery. Original files are stored in the tour guide's Google Drive; AuraStash manages access, organization and previews. The service is provided "as is" and may change as we improve it.

Accounts and tour codes

• Guides and travelers may register with email and password or with Google. Guests may join with a tour code and a name.
• Keep your password and recovery key private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Losing a recovery key may mean losing access to a guest account.
• Tour codes are given by the guide. Do not share a code with people outside your group.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload.
• You give AuraStash and the tour guide a limited license to store, display and organize your content inside the tours you join, only to provide the service.
• Upload only content you have the right to share. Get the consent of people who are clearly shown, especially in private moments.
• Tagging a person makes the photo visible to that person. Use tags respectfully.

Roles of the guide

The guide connects their own Google Drive and creates tours. The guide can access the original files in that storage and may remove content from the tour. Guides are responsible for the storage they provide and for informing their group.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal, abusive, sexual or violent content; do not infringe others' rights; do not harass participants; do not attempt to access other people's data, bypass daily limits, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Daily limits

Each participant has daily limits for photos and video that the guide can adjust and that reset at midnight UTC. Bonuses may be granted by features such as Photo of the Day or quests.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app or on our deletion page. This removes your profile and the content you uploaded, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AuraStash is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of content stored in a guide's Google Drive, or for interruptions caused by third-party services such as Google or hosting providers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and law

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of [[GOVERNING_LAW_COUNTRY]], without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
